WHAT MEMBERSHIP PLANS DO YOU HAVE?
We offer the following plans:
Free Membership: Members can register for free, but may only interact with other free members.
Premium Membership: Members can register for a fee and be able to contact all registered members on the website. Premium members have access to all website features, including video uploads, google view, google map, chatbot, social media access to other premium members, and access to mobile numbers. Premium members will be featured on the rotating list of top-ranked listings for maximum exposure on searches.

HOW DO WE USE INFORMATION?
We will only contact you regarding your listings, searches, and memberships.

I’VE FOUND A FEW LISTINGS AND MADE MY PICKS. HOW DO I PROCEED?
View the location through Google view to see what the surrounding area is like. Google map the nearest transports, shops, university, or any other amenity you will need. If it all looks good, confirm that the property is still available and contact the person listed by email or phone. Arrange a meeting or an inspection of the room/property — remember to ask for the street or unit number, which can only be obtained from the contact person.

HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER THE ACCOMMODATION LISTED WILL BE SUITABLE AND SAFE?
Although we do our best to only list properties we believe are suitable, we do not have the resources to inspect all offerings, nor do we know the people offering accommodation through our service. You will need to make your own decision about whether the accommodation is suitable, and whether your prospective housemates or landlord are reliable and friendly.
If you decide that you want to inspect the accommodation, confirm an appointment time. You may want to bring a friend with you when you inspect the accommodation. Before your appointment, think about what you want in a home, and make a list of questions that you can ask to ensure that the accommodation will be suitable. If you are looking at shared accommodation, make sure you meet all the people you will be living with and inspect all of the shared areas, as well as your own room. Ask for written agreements and rules, and referrals from previous tenants or roommates.
